Fire Risk Assessment
Under the Fire safety order 2005 the designated responsible person or authority must carry out a fire safety risk assessment and implement and maintain a fire management plan for any business premises where they have either full or partial control. It is often down to an individual within a business to do such.
Commercial Risk
